By accessing or using the services provided by RS Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
RS Info Solutions provides technology, digital marketing, compliance, and related business services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an advance payment before commencing work. Remaining payments are tied to project milestones as agreed.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created for their project. RS Info Solutions retains the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. We sign NDAs upon request. Client data is never shared with third parties without consent.
RS Info Solutions liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
